In 2016, I stumbled on a profession called UX design while helping a startup put together an investor pitch deck. It sounded quite interesting and felt like a mix of everything I was curious about - design, psychology, markets, metrics, and product thinking. This was the pivot for me into becoming a product designer.

I got my first break at an experience studio in Bangalore, where I worked on solutions for clients like Mercedes, Société Générale, Myntra, and a few nimble startups. During this time, I also designed an award-winning app for the eGov Foundation, helping local governments connect better with citizens.

Towards the end of 2017, I moved to Quotient, a US-based retail tech giant. I designed end-user product experiences around couponing for 9M US grocery shoppers.

At Microsoft, where i currently work, I am designing for Copilot agents, switching between end-user experiences and the underlying frameworks that support them.

Outside of work, I love travelling, exploring food and culture, and trying things I'm not naturally comfortable with - a habit I'm actively trying to build. I enjoy reading, thinking about the cosmos, and taking (super)long walks. A rare talent of mine includes being able to converse almost entirely in GIFs (cat GIFs, specifically).
